Periodically we may hold competitions or giveaways. We do this to interact with our readers. We will only use products that are in line with the ethos of blog. We do not promote this product any more than other products. The products are often provided free of charge to us. Unless stated, competitions are only open to UK residents due to postage.

Our blog posts include product reviews. These will either be products we have bought or we may get free samples of products to try. If we like them and they are in line with the ethos of our blog then we will write a review. If we don’t like them them, then rather than writing an negative review, the review will not appear. Our review will be based on our own taste, view and clinical skills and will not be influenced by the company or any financial gain. We will carefully select what we feature on our blog, so please get in touch if you have a product you would like us to consider.
